I work on how authority is perceived, structured, and held under visibility.
I grew up in an environment where style, posture, and presence are not decorative.
They are part of how authority is read.
From an early age, I became attentive to the unspoken:
how someone enters a room, how they hold space,
how silence can carry more weight than words.
Perception is often formed before expertise is expressed.
Over time, this sensitivity became a discipline.
I learned how posture, visual coherence, and presence shape trust, legitimacy, and leadership, long before decisions are consciously made.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, perception, and authority.
I ensure that what leaders embody is aligned
with the level of responsibility they carry, so their authority is read at that level.
With a background in product marketing and business strategy, I began my career in the fashion industry, a world where precision, coherence, and decision-making under constraint are non-negotiable.
That experience trained my eye to assess alignment instantly: to read quality, hierarchy, and intention at a glance, and to translate aesthetics into strategic leverage.
When I founded Intrinsic Conseil in 2016, the intention was clear: to bring structure and clarity to the way authority is embodied, not as a moment, but as a long-term position.
Parisian roots, Global vision
I work with entrepreneurs, executives, and public figures
whose visibility has reached a point where authority can no longer rely on improvisation.
Many of them hold exceptional expertise, yet face a gap between what they know and how they are perceived.
This gap is rarely obvious, but it is costly: missed opportunities, diluted influence, unnecessary friction.
At this level, perception does not correct itself.
My role is to close that gap: ensuring their presence reflects their true authority, consistently, across contexts.
Personal branding, as I practice it, is not about appearance.
It is about alignment.
I work from the inside out: clarifying positioning, refining visual language, and structuring presence so that authority is not performed, but held.
Every detail matters, not because it is visible, but because it reinforces coherence wherever exposure occurs.
Your Image, Your Legacy
Based in France and working internationally, I collaborate with a discreet team to deliver strategic consulting,
high-level programs, and private authority partnerships.
The formats vary.
The level of intention does not.
The objective remains the same: to ensure leaders can operate at their level, without having to manage how they are perceived at every turn.
